All of our orders are sent straight away so you receive your threadz as quick as possible!

Delivery Price

Price is determined by weight, which is calculated by the website, and displayed on the checkout page. Prices calculated as below.

Within Australia –

Up to 500grams - $9.95

Between 500grams and 3kg - $14.95

Within New Zealand –

Up to 500 grams - $22.95

All other International destinations –

Up to 500 grams - $35.95

Delivery Times

Within Australia - We aim to have all orders received before 2pmAWST sent the same day. In most cases this means next business day or day after delivery. More remote areas may take an additional few days to arrive.

All International destinations – Please allow 3 to 10 business days for delivery.

Orders will be processed during normal AWST business hours between Monday and Friday.  All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Shipment and delivery of orders is based on product availability, payment processing time and distribution centre processing time.

All projected delivery times are subject to Australia Post, and we are not responsible for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances within.

Returns Policy

When requesting a refund or exchange please contact us at sales@lukritiv.com and explain the reason. Once you receive confirmation of this request, please post the product and proof of purchase to:

• Where you are seeking a refund or exchange for a faulty product, the product must be returned with all tags attached and packaging in ‘as new’ condition, with a copy of proof of purchase.
• All requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of original order.
• Product is faulty if it is received by you damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable period following purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
• Product exchanges are subject to availability.
• Product returned to us by mail is sent at your own cost and risk. We recommend you use registered mail for all refund and exchanges claims as we will not be responsible for lost items.
• We will refund your reasonable postage costs of a return if we determine the product is faulty, different to that shown or described or not doing what it is supposed to do. In this situation, where we send your replacement product, we will do so at our cost.

Please check the size guide before confirming your order so you do receive the correct size for you.

Refunds or exchange requests will not be processed simply because you changed your mind once you receive your goods. At lukritiv we have tried to ensure all relevant information is on our website so you can make an informed decision about your purchase.
